We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and undamaged vinyl records. If your item arrives warped or damaged during transit, we provide a full replacement or refund to ensure your collection remains pristine.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Shipment

  Place the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box with sufficient padding to prevent corner dings or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the record for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
